At Fidelity One, the security of your personal information is our highest priority. We have gone to great lengths to put security measures in place to protect against the loss or unauthorized use of any information that we receive from you.
Secure Web Pages
All of the pages on our web site that ask for personal information of any kind are transmitted to your browser using HTTPS, a secure communications protocol.
When you send your personal information to us, it is encrypted using SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer Technology. This prevents anyone from intercepting and being able to read your information by encrypting the data you send to us. If by chance the transmission is intercepted by an unauthorized user, it will only appear to them as a harmless string of gibberish characters. Only we can decode the encryption to read the information you send to us.
We employ the use of firewall security to further protect the information we receive from you. Your personal information is not kept on our web server, but rather on a separate secured computer. That way, even in the unlikely event that a hacker or unauthorized user gains access to the web server, all of your personal data will be safely out of reach.
All of our systems and databases are password protected. Only authorized users are allowed access to your information, and we will not release any information about you to anyone with out your permission, unless required by law or court order.
